Dear friends,
On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the demise of the great leader President Kim Il Sung, I would like to convey greetings to the Arabian Regional Committee for Friendship and Solidarity with the Korean People and congratulate the organizers of the International Forum in support of the Just Struggle of the Korean People for Safeguarding of Sovereignty and Peace.
It is with the warmest feelings of love, respect, and admiration that we remember the President, a great revolutionary leader of his time who devoted his entire life to the cause of the Korean people’s liberation, also making brilliant contributions to the world people’s struggle against imperialist domination, subjugation, aggression and intervention.
Through several decades he successfully headed the Korean people’s struggle to become the masters of their own society, the struggle for a socialist society by and for the working people.
He founded and developed the Juche idea, a comprehensive philosophy marking the independent line of the Korean Workers’ Party in the international communist movement.
He forcefully supported and contributed to the world people’s struggle for a world free from domination, subjugation, aggression and intervention.
The deeds and teachings of President Kim Il Sung remain forever a shining guide and inspiration for people all over the world in their anti-imperialist struggle for national independence, social justice and prosperity.
In the present new era we see a new awakening of the world people’s struggle to crush US imperialism and its imperialist, fascist and reactionary allies.
Based on the teachings of President Kim Il Sung, the Korean people under the leadership of Chairman Kim Jong Un is forcefully building their socialist society, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, and bravely advancing their political unity as well as their military capacity and their preparedness to defend their country. That is an extremely valuable contribution to world peace and independence.
I wish you all success in the continued proceedings of the International Forum in support of the Just Struggle of the Korean People for Safeguarding of Sovereignty and Peace.
