The main cause of escalating the situation on the Korean peninsula

The ROK started with introducing the tactical nuclear missiles and atomic guns from the US in the late 1950s and regularized the introduction and deployment of various kinds of nuclear weapons. In the long run, the number increased up to some 1720 in the 1990s and this region has grown the most densely-deployed with the nuclear weapons in the world.
Since the late 1950s, the ROK have joined hands with the US to launch various kinds of war drills under the pretext of “defense” and “annual” and brought in nuclear cruisers, nuclear submarines, nuclear strategic bombers and other vast nuclear striking means, thus turning it into the American mobile nuclear arsenal.
The ROK formulated the supply of the “nuclear umbrella” from the US in 1982 and made it more detailed in the concept of “extended deterrence” to strike the opponent in the same way as the mainland of the US is struck by nukes. This has cooked up the justification that the giant nuclear forces of the US can embark on the ROK unhesitatingly at any time and maximized the degree of the nuclear threats.
The first of the joint military exercises was Focus Lens in 1954 and afterwards, they have continued for 70 years just in different names like “Ulji Focus Lens”, “Ulji Freedom Guardian”, “Ulji Freedom Shield”, “Key Resolve”, “Freedom Shield”. The joint military exercises between the US and the ROK take the utmost level of the world in terms of numbers and scale. They are pushing ahead with it more than 40 times every year and the participants outnumber 500 000 people including the US army, ROK army, the military of its allies, ROK civil officers, ROK enterprise staff, special units of the US army from the mainland of the US.
Various military blocks are existing including Quad, AUKUS, Squad on the Korean peninsula and Asia Pacific Region and “nuclear consultative group” is working targeted at using the nukes against the DPRK. Worse still, the aggressive war drills are launched one after another by the US and its allies threatening the peace and stability of the region. Such a grave security environment will hasten the outbreak of another potential war.
Once a war breaks out on the Korean peninsula which is intertwined with the interests of the great powers and is situated in the geo-politically important position, this will expand to another world war, thus causing the irreversible catastrophe to the peace and security on the Korean peninsula and those of north-east Asia and the world.
