It has been 74 years since the United States had started a war against the DPRK
on June 25,1950
The war was a war of aggression ever designed to conquer the whole of Korea
and further accomplish the US strategy of dominating Asia and the rest of the
world
When the US launched its war of invasion against the DPRK,which was less then
two years after its establishment,many people of the world over received the news
with great apprehension
The United States was boasting of its "myth of the mightness"that had emerged as
Victor in more than 110 wars so for as well as reaching its highest watermark of
military and economic strength after the World War II.On the contrary,the DPRK
was small in territory and still infancy. Everybody was sure who would become the
winner.However,the Korean war showed that the
"might of the US might was nothing more than a mirage and its military and
technological might was not omnipotent
The Korean war was the most brutal and destructive war designed to massacre
the Korean nation and reduced the Korean peninsula into ashes.morethen 1.2
million civilians were mercilessly killed by US troops and nearly 600000 tons of
napalm and other bombs were dropped on the northern half of Korea.Human has
recorded the brutal atrocities perpetrated by the Hitler fascist clique during the
second World War as the cruellest and blood-curdling crime,but the outrages the US
aggressors committed in the Korean war surpassed those of the Nazis in
barbarity,cruelty and ferocityIt was worldwide surprise that the young DPRK emerged as a victor which was a
miracle in the war history.
The credit for this went to great leader Comrade KIM IL SUNG,founding father of
socialist Korea who led the army and people of Korea with his original military ideas
and outstanding art of command
President KIM IL SUNG,put forward the military ideas based on the fundamental
principles of the Juche Idea,that man is the master of everything and decides
everything,It was his constant view that no matter how sophisticated the military
hardware might be and colossal war material in amount,they would never replace
the roles of the army and people,the driving force of the war,starting from this,he
made sure that all the services personnel and the people of the DPRK should
prepare themselves ideologically to crush the aggressors without fail and
Consolidated a firm faith that their cause of Justice would prevail in the end.It was
obvious who would the winner in the war,whether it be the army and people with a
firm confidence in their cause and determination to fight for it unto death,or those
mercenaries fearful of death.
On July 27,1953 the Korean army and people won victory in the war against the
US invaders
This day is recorded as the day of second Liberation in the glorious history of the
DPRK because it was the day when the Korean army repulsed the armed invasion
of US troops and achieved historic victory under the outstanding political and
military leadership of President
KIM IL SUNG
The DPRK emerged victorious in the war defending global peace and security and
making a tangible contribution to the struggle of the world's progressive people for
Independence,sovereignty and socialism
After the Korea war the world began to see more ant-imperialist national Liberation
struggle being waged in many parts of the world
President KIM IL SUNG great achievements in leading the war to victory was
carried forward by great leader Comrade KIM JONG IL and he foiled every move by
dint of songun politics and defended DPRK security and world peace
The current situation on the Korean peninsula is as grave that one 74 years ago,but
rather it is graver than the latter in terms of scale,content and intensity. The US and
their poppets are getting more undisguised in their frenzied move against DPRK
The world progressive people are confident that the Korean people's Army will
smash any invaders at a stroke and Korean style socialism will emerge ever
victorious as the great feats remain as an eternal treasured sword in the
anti-US and ant-imperialist struggle and as there is the ever-victorious leadership of
respected leader Marshal KIM JONG UN.
