On the occasion of June 25-July 27 Anti-US Joint Struggle Month, we are honored to hold an “International Forum in support of the Just Struggle of the Korean People for Safeguarding of Sovereignty and Peace” and present this letter to you
Availing ourselves of this opportunity, we extend firm solidarity to Your Excellency Kim Jong Un who has turned the DPRK into a dignified power based on powerful self-defensive capabilities and is firmly defending the peace and security of the region and the rest of the world
The world is now suffering a catastrophic disaster due to the high-handedness and arbitrariness, aggression and interference in sovereign states of the imperialist reactionary forces who are making desperate attempts to maintain their crumbling system of domination
Instead of drawing a lesson from the defeat it suffered in the past Korean War, the United States never abandoned its wild ambition for world domination, but is persistently committing an unprecedented political and military provocation against the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and is driving the crisis of new another war
In the face of the extreme difficulties caused by the persistent pressure and military threat of the hostile forces, the DPRK is firmly defending sovereignty and security interests of the country and the peace of the region and the rest of the world by remarkably bolstering up its self-defensive capabilities, and this serves as a great encouragement to the progressive peoples of the world desiring for peaceful and stable world free from aggression and war
That’s why the recent Forum was highly convinced that the Korean people’s struggle to build a dignified and prosperous socialist power with independence will surely emerge victorious as they are led by Your Excellency Kim Jong Un who possessed with transparent independent faith and steadfast decision and outstanding leadership abilities
And through the recent Forum, we affirmed that the U.S. and its vassal forces’ hostile policy toward the DPRK is a fundamental factor in extremely aggravating the situation in the Korean peninsula and that the DPRK’s possession of the strongest military power with the nuclear force as its backbone is the powerful guarantee to deter the danger of a new war in the present world where the logic of strength prevails over
The Forum also served as a meaningful occasion for recognizing once again that it is a pressing task to conduct the international solidarity movement supporting and encouraging the just cause of the Korean people in firm unity of all peace-loving forces in order to victoriously advance the cause of anti-imperialism and independence on a worldwide scale
It is the great fortune of not only the Korean people but also the world progressives to hold Your Excellency Kim Jong Un, the great guardian of justice and peace, in high esteem
Your Excellency Kim Jong Un, through the historic Pyongyang DPRK-Russia Summit, provided the powerful impetus for accelerating the establishment of the new multi-polarized world free from domination and subjugation, hegemony and high-handedness, thus making immortal contribution to the defending of peace and implementing of the cause for global independence
We will, in the future, too, actively support and encourage the Korean people in their just struggle to frustrate all the moves of the hostile forces and achieve the independent development of the country and realize global peace and stability
We wish Your Excellency Kim Jong Un a good health for the sake of the victory of the anti-imperialist cause for independence and for the sake of the peace and prosperity of the DPRK.
